Kasthuri Amma Seva Foundation is a registered non-profit organization (NGO) dedicated to preserving the rich handloom weaving heritage of Coimbatore and uplifting rural farming communities along the foothills of the Western Ghats (including Valparai). We bridge the gap between urban resources and rural needs by providing targeted support in sustainable healthcare, digital classrooms for rural education, and livelihood backing for traditional artisans.

Our primary headquarters is located at 1032, Valliammal Street, Thadagam Road, Coimbatore South, Rathinasabapathy Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641002. From this base, we extend our social services across the wider Coimbatore district, the Western Ghats mountain villages, and target farming settlements like Valparai and Thondamuthur.

We operate three core initiatives:

• Kovai Handloom Heritage Restoration: Restoring traditional handloom weaving communities in Coimbatore by supplying modern weaving equipment, raw materials, and establishing fair trade models.
• Western Ghats Mobile Clinics: Deploying fully equipped medical vans to isolated farming villages to provide regular, free healthcare services.
• Rural Digital Classrooms: Upgrading rural schools with digital screens, internet connectivity, and computer labs to empower children with modern digital literacy.

Kasthuri Amma Seva Foundation operates under strict non-profit compliance. We undergo yearly independent financial audits to ensure all funds are directly channeled to rural initiatives. Our upcoming portal features public audit downloads, and we publish detailed impact metrics regularly to maintain total transparency.
